On the 3rd floor of our house in Palmotićeva Street we offer a 34 m2 studio apartment suitable for 2 people, The apartment contains a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, a bathroom, and the most wonderful view of the famous Dubrovnik roofs of a specific orange color.
We must mention that due to the fact that the Old City is on UNESCO World Heritage List, every construction work in the Old City is a subject to strict control, rules and guidelines. The aim is to preserve the look of the Old City’s buildings and streets, and its general appearance as much as possible, savouring its history and marvellous architecture. Therefore, there are no elevators in our houses.
